Who is Kevin Ham Carver?

Hello!!

I’m Kevin Camarena, born in Tenerife and growth in Valencia. In 2018 I got for first time to Milan where I start to work and to learn the ham carving techniques, and getting involved from the passion and the art of this word, for 3 years with the best of the field from over the world.
After I was combining the work at the restaurant with events and expositions where I was learning more about the product, the live of farmers*, familiar business*, all around the products; from the top to the bottom of the production, this products are not just food, are the story people behind them.

During two years I was travelling defending the product and the art of carver ham art on Spain, France and Italy. Working with/big well know figures that I will be mention on the blog.
My last adventure drove me to New York… pass back to see how it’s going!!
